Compensation and Benefits Specialist

A global corporation are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their HR Team, based in Berkshire.
This role will be reporting to the Section Manager and will be supporting the wider organisation with all compensation and benefit structures, as well as contributing to the development of HR policies and schemes.
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for conducting and analysing Salary Surveys and benchmarking bonus schemes. In addition, the Specialist will be creating plans to ensure competitiveness within the market, and to support annual pay reviews and company performance. There will be some requirement to support the overall general HR function with more generalist, taking a proactive approach to developing and delivering an outstanding HR service to the business.
The successful Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be educated to degree level or equivalent (Within a HR or Professional Certification or Qualification, CIPD level 5 or above preferred).
This exciting opportunity is based in Berkshire, and would be commutable from Slough, Maidenhead, Henley, Bagshot, Farnborough and other surrounding areas.
