A position has arisen within the growing Testing team of an exciting consultancy for a Penetration Tester who has a background in Infrastructure, Application and Mobile App Testing. The team's plans for expansion are aligned with an uptick in more complex testing assignments and so a Penetration Tester with an appetite to develop their core skillset in line with this demand is sought.
 
The Role
Usual duties will be required throughout the penetration testing delivery cycle:
  • Pre-engagement activities in scoping and testing requirement elicitation
  • Testing
  • Some on-site testing (less than 10%)
  • Reporting
  • In addition, you'll have an opportunity to research apps and infrastructure components
  • Take part in broader, more complex testing projects in a collaborative team environment
  • The Tests will include but will not be limited to:
    • Web App
    • Mobile App (iOS and Android)
    • Social Engineering Campaigns
    • Infrastructure
    • VAs
 
The Ideal Candidate
  • Background in Infrastructure, Application and Mobile App Testing (iOS and Android)
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Industry recognised qualification(s) (Crest, Tiger, OSCP etc)
  • Ability to work autonomously on more 'vanilla' testing engagements
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively on more complex assignments
  • Security Clearance is *NOT* required for this position
