Technical Development Lead

Copello are looking for a Technical Development Lead to join an public sector organisation on a permanent basis. Copello's client has recently implemented MS Dynamics 365 and they require an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to engage with stakeholders across the business to champion best practice and adoption of the new MS Dynamics 365 system.

As the Technical Delivery Lead you will promote the use of new systems via workshops & training documentation, the role will also provide technical assistance on queries within the business and resolving issues when they arise. Other duties of the Technical Delivery Manager include:

Taking ownership and hands of implementation of technical system improvements.
Planning and documenting technical specifications, task breakdowns and estimation
Design of current workplace solutions inline with best practice
Provide 3rd line support to the IT ops team

The successful Technical Delivery Lead will require the following skills & experience:
Management of multidisciplinary project teams and System Integrators
Experience of promoting and maintaining workplace & enterprise solutions (ideally within MS Dynamics experience)
Recent technical knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, MS 365, Azure , Microsoft Power Platform .NET core & Visual Studio.
Strong experience of AGILE & Waterfall methodologies
Experience of influence and communicate technical information to technical and non technical audiences

This role maybe suitable for a Technical Architect or Technical Lead or Solution Architect or Senior Business Architect or Technical Delivery Lead.
