Marketing Manager

Copello are proudly working with a luxury yacht designer and manufacturer based in Southampton who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join them.

This is a pivotal for an experienced and versatile marketing manager to innovate through digitally led, integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand awareness activity to an international audience. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of facilitating sales opportunities and building a brand this role might be for you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create and execute digital first multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Brief, manage and direct marketing partners and experts
• Produce, innovative creative content (written, film and photographic)
• Collaborate with media, influencers and brand partners to generate positive coverage
• Harness value of the CRM system to inform marketing strategy and improve effectiveness of marketing activity
• Plan and manage budgets, timings for effective ROI
• Day to day go-to for internal stakeholders and external partners marketing-related requests

Requirements for the role:

• Proven experience within marketing

• Evidence of planning and delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Proven experience of delivering and optimising activity through CRM

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
