Opportunity for a Software Engineer to join a global company who specialise in the development of smart technologies within energy and maritime sectors.

Due to a recent promotion, a position has arisen within the talented software team of a well-known company famed for their innovative and sustainable solutions.

This will be a hands-on engineering role working with next generation software.

Responsibilities

Working within software engineering across the SDLC, you will use modern technologies to solve real world problems:

• Developing new software applications
• Contributing to software architecture
• Developing in-depth technical expertise within relevant software

Skillset

We are looking for someone with a background in C# application development who is comfortable and confident producing maintainable and testable code. Ideally, you will also possess some UI design & development experience and you will also have excellent communication skills.

Any experience in WPF and/or Unity, Python, C++ or object-oriented design patterns would be beneficial but not essential for this role. Knowledge of Agile development, algorithm development and working with sensors would also be beneficial.
