Opportunity to join a multi award-winning security company based in Hampshire within their large, established engineering team and focus on improving and monitoring feature and bug-task throughput and deployment to QA and production environments.

The Role

Reporting directly into the VP of Engineering, you will be a key part of a multi-disciplined engineering team and will work closely with the ops team to prioritize development tasks, manage feature release and work with development and product teams to manage, track and control issues to ensure timely delivery of projects. You will:

• Support Team Leads and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Promote a culture of high performance and transparency
• Identify and report on resource requirements
• Identify improvements to both the SDLC and PMLC

The Skillset

We are looking for a good communicator and team player who is comfortable operating within Agile, has worked closely with development teams, and has experience across both the SDLC and PMLC. Experience with Git and working closely with QA Test Teams would be beneficial but crucially, we are looking for a Sprint Facilitator & Release Manager who is not afraid to raise issues and remove impediments while staying on top of multiple projects that will be running concurrently.

The Location

High spec offices in the Fareham area offer a superb environment for professionals to thrive. Hybrid working will be available also depending on experience but given the nature of the role, a minimum of 3 days per week would be expected on site.

Interview

2 stages including an on-site interview.
