They develop, manufacture, and sell video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions, offering customers in approximately 120 countries a customizable, scalable and open solution to monitor property and protect people and their assets across diverse locations, including stadiums, retail environments, school campuses, casinos, critical infrastructure, and transportation stations.

Their products are designed and manufactured in North America, providing customers with reliable and high-quality technology.


The role:

They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the North West region to actively continue to develop the commercial opportunities on-patch as well as hunt for more new business.

You will organise your own diary and travel within the North West patch – which extends from North Wales, up through Liverpool and Manchester and goes as far North as Cumbria.

Key points:

  • Create, nurture and respond to sales opportunities and close sales orders within the region.
  • Work with the UK Sales Director to establish quarterly sales objectives and strategy.
  • Actively promote the business within the region directly to the customer.
  • Regularly travel and meet new and existing customers, conduct site-surveys and propose solutions to their requirements.
  • Source, qualify select and manage regional distributors, integrators/installers and resellers in the area.
  • Completely oversee and manage the sale of the companies solutions and products within the designated territory.
  • Provide product sales training to manufacturer representatives, integrators and end-users.
  • Supervise and follow up on installations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis within the region.
