Electrical Fitter

Copello are recruiting for an Electrical Fitter to be part of a Defence Company based in Hampshire.

Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Interpret electrical drawings and guidance materials.

• Perform electrical testing on systems from 12V to 440V.

• Execute crimping and soldering techniques.

• Install, maintain, and rectify defects in electrical systems according to project schedules and quality standards.

• Handle communication equipment like VHF radios, intercoms, GPS, and AIS.

• Diagnose and rectify faults.

• Conduct detailed inspections and use measurement equipment.

• Calibrate measurement tools.

To apply for this role, you will have:

• Completed trade apprenticeship or equivalent naval qualifications.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols, including electrical, confined spaces, and working at heights.

• Marine or offshore experience with a deep knowledge of electrical work.
