RF Technician
Copello are working with a leading engineering organisation to recruit an RF Technician to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced antenna design engineers, supporting the development of innovative RF and antenna products across the full product lifecycle. You will be involved in activities from requirements capture and concept development through simulation, prototyping, testing, verification, and production handover.

You will be involved in activities from requirements capture and concept development through simulation, prototyping, testing, verification, and production handover.
What You'll Do
- Support the design, development, testing, and investigation of antenna and RF products.
- Assist with root cause analysis, fault finding, and technical investigations.
- Develop test procedures and maintain accurate engineering documentation.
- Carry out RF measurements and testing using specialist equipment and facilities.
- Support the maintenance, improvement, and automation of RF test facilities and processes.
- Work closely with experienced engineers to develop technical knowledge and contribute to new product development.
- Degree qualified in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline, or qualified to HNC level with relevant industry experience.
- Understanding of electromagnetic theory and RF circuit principles.
- Familiarity with RF test equipment such as Vector Network Analysers, Spectrum Analysers, and antenna test ranges or anechoic chambers.
- Experience of RF, antenna, or electronics testing and investigation would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of electronics fault finding and troubleshooting is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
