Women in engineering
Chelton celebrated International Women in Engineering Day 2022 (IWED20) with an insight into the life of a female engineer at Chelton. We strongly support recruiting women into engineering roles, and we promote STEM topics in local schools to help inspire the next generation of innovators and inventors.
This year, our team of female engineers also visited a school in our local area to share the opportunities, challenges, and excitement that comes with their roles every day, being women in engineering. They expressed how diversity in the work place is crucial in order to learn from each other and perform to the best ability.
