Setting standards

Since our inception in 2018, we have developed strong bonds with industry partners who we believe offer a lot of value to the clients and candidates we work with.

We partner with various organisations, charities, non-profits and accreditors, whose values align with our own, to address skills challenges faced by many candidates and companies across the UK.

We pride ourselves on being leaders in the defence industry and strive to make meaningful contributions to creating better futures for our community and the environment in which we operate.

Working together to create better futures

We are proud of the relationships we hold with the following institutions:

Being a part of the Armed Forces Covenant represents our commitment to helping those who have served and their families, when looking for future roles.

JOSCAR is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence and security industry to act as a single repository for pre-qualification and compliance information. Using JOSCAR can determine if a supplier is “fit for business”. Our registration number is 10029336.

Cyber Essentials is a Government backed scheme which focuses on five important technical controls which are designed to guard against the most common internet based cyber security threats.

The Disability Confident scheme helps employers recruit and retain great people and recognises those employers who are committed to inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

Copello is an official Crown Commercial Service Supplier for RM6229 Permanent Recruitment 2 (PR2) – Lot 2 Non Clinical General Recruitment, delivering permanent recruitment solutions across the defence, cyber security and engineering and technology sectors.

The Good Business Charter is an accreditation which organisations in the UK can sign up for, in recognition of responsible business practices. An organisation must meet all 10 commitments to receive GBC accreditation.

Our pledge

Copello is proud to be part of the Armed Forces Covenant with Bronze Award Status. To those who proudly protect our nation, who do so with honour, courage and commitment, the Armed Forces Covenant is the nation’s commitment to them.

The covenant focusses on helping members of the armed forces community have the same access to government and commercial services and products as any other citizen. It is a pledge that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.

At Copello, we pledge to support the employment of veterans and other members of the Armed Forces Community for both internal and external vacancies. We provide 1-2-1 guidance and advice and support veterans with creating their CV honed to their military skills and experience and prepare them in advance for interviews, helping to build their confidence where needed.
