Copello is proud to be part of the Armed Forces Covenant with Bronze Award Status. To those who proudly protect our nation, who do so with honour, courage and commitment, the Armed Forces Covenant is the nation’s commitment to them.

The covenant focusses on helping members of the armed forces community have the same access to government and commercial services and products as any other citizen. It is a pledge that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.

At Copello, we pledge to support the employment of veterans and other members of the Armed Forces Community for both internal and external vacancies. We provide 1-2-1 guidance and advice and support veterans with creating their CV honed to their military skills and experience and prepare them in advance for interviews, helping to build their confidence where needed.

Copello are proud to be JOSCAR registered, which is valued by some of the largest purchasers in the defence community and indicates that we have gone through the process and have demonstrated our commitment and credentials to the industry. Our registered number is 10029336.

JOSCAR (Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register) is an accreditation system set up by ADS and Hellios specifically for the aerospace, defence and security sectors. The accreditation mark is valued by some of the world’s leading Defence companies such as Ministry of Defence, BAE Systems, Babcock International, Rolls Royce, Leonardo and NATS. This register is strictly invite-only and requires successful completion of a qualification process.

Copello went through months of the accreditation process and fulfilled the appropriate credentials. This recognition proves that we meet the high standards of quality and performance and thus allows our customers to have a higher assurance that we are a trusted supplier.

Committed to Cyber Security

By displaying the Cyber Essentials badge it means we have put measures in place to protect not only our own organisation, but also the security of our clients, by meeting a UK Government endorsed standard, across five key elements:

By achieving accreditation to the scheme, Copello demonstrates our commitment to cyber security.

To become an approved supplier of the framework, Copello went through a comprehensive accreditation process and fulfilled the appropriate credentials. The CCS RM6229 Permanent Framework is one of the easiest ways to hire public sector professionals in the UK.

This is a very exciting partnership with the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as we will be supporting the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when looking at recruitment campaigns for the defence, cyber security and engineering & technology sectors.

As a supplier on the framework we are able to provide an unrivalled and true added value approach to NHS and wider Public Sector recruitment by providing a fully compliant, efficient and bespoke recruitment solution.

Recognition for responsible business behaviour

The Good Buiness Charter measures behaviour over 10 components: real living wage, fairer hours and contracts, employee well-being, employee representation, diversity and inclusion, environmental responsibility, paying fair tax, commitment to customers, ethical sourcing, and prompt payment. An organisation must meet all 10 commitments to receive GBC accreditation.
