Copello Global – Southampton vs Arsenal Matchday Competition

This competition is promoted by Copello Global (“Copello”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

1.2 Employees of Copello Global, its affiliates, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

1.3 By entering, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.

2. Competition Period

2.1 The competition opens on the date the email campaign is sent.

2.2 The closing date for entries is kick-off of the Southampton vs Arsenal FA Cup fixture.

2.3 Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3.2 To enter, participants must complete the online entry form and submit:

  • first name
  • last name
  • email address
  • match score prediction
  • first goalscorer prediction (if applicable)
  • Job title
  • Company you work for

3.3 Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Multiple or automated entries may be disqualified.

4. Prize

4.1 The prize consists of:

  • hospitality tickets for a future Southampton FC match or equivalent matchday experience
  • signed merchandise
  • any additional items described on the landing page

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

4.3 We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be selected from all valid entries.

5.2 If multiple entrants correctly predict the score, the first goalscorer prediction will be used as a tie-breaker.

5.3 If there is still a tie, the winner will be selected at random from the tied entries.

5.4 The decision of the promoter is final.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the match.

6.2 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Copello reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

7.1 By entering, participants agree that Copello may announce the winner’s first name and surname initial for promotional purposes on their website and other social media platforms.

7.2 No further publicity will be undertaken without explicit consent.

8.1 Personal data collected may include:

  • name
  • email address
  • job title
  • company name
  • recruitment preferences
  • marketing preferences

8.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

8.3 Data will be used for:

  • administration of the competition
  • contacting the winner
  • sending relevant marketing communications only where consent has been provided

Please confirm your marketing preferences, by opting in you consent to Copello contacting you for the above purposes

Your Entry must not depend on consenting to marketing.

10. GDPR Opt-Out / Unsubscribe Rights

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting Copello Global directly.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your competition entry once submitted.

11. Data Retention

Competition entry data will be retained for up to 12 months after the competition closes unless a longer retention period is required by law or the entrant has opted in to ongoing communications.

12. General

12.1 Copello reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition where necessary.

12.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
