Copello are pleased to be partnered with a major Aerospace organisation in the Buckinghamshire area, who are recruiting for NPI Manufacturing Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis.
The core function of the role will be to lead the introduction of new products, design, implementation and optimise manufacturing processes.

The core function of the role will be to lead the introduction of new products, design, implementation and optimise manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM) activities for new and existing products with focus on automated manufacture.
- Manage the transition from development to production, ensuring alignment of all stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with test department and production teams to resolve any testing discrepancies or failure modes.
- Qualified in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, with experience with electronic and RF components.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment and quality systems.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing, production engineering, or technical role, ideally with NPI manufacturing engineering experience.
