Lead Software Developer
Inside IR35 – 6 Months – Bristol (2/3 days p/week on site)

We are looking for an experienced Source to Contract Software Developer to join a client in the Public Sector. – a critical role in designing and implementing the platform to support strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and supplier onboarding.

Design Responsibilities
  • Support selection of tools for MOD’s Source to Contract (S2C) solution.
  • Collaborate with Business Architects and SMEs to design a compliant, requirements-driven technical solution.
  • Design secure integrations between S2C and enterprise systems for real-time or scheduled data exchange.
  • Produce technical documentation including design specs, integration maps, and configuration guides.
Build Responsibilities
  • Configure S2C modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management) to meet business needs.
  • Develop workflows, forms, approvals, templates, and user interfaces using configuration tools.
  • Extend functionality via APIs and scripting as required.
  • Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve technical issues to ensure quality delivery.
