Channel Strategy Lead
3 months – Inside IR35 – Bristol (2/3 days p/week)

Defence Business Services (DBS) is developing its 2030 Shared Services Operating Model (SSOM). This role leads the creation of a channel strategy to enhance customer engagement across all service touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and improved user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive channel strategy.
  • Define the MVP for the Service Management Framework/Orchestration Layer.
  • Complete ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ customer journey maps.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support service transitions.

Essential Skills
  • Deep expertise in channel strategy and service management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven line management experience.

Desirable
  • Experience developing channel strategies within shared services.
  • Understanding of MOD operations and shared service delivery.
