Defence Business Services (DBS) is developing its 2030 Shared Services Operating Model (SSOM). This role leads the creation of a channel strategy to enhance customer engagement across all service touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and improved user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive channel strategy.
- Define the MVP for the Service Management Framework/Orchestration Layer.
- Complete ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ customer journey maps.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support service transitions.
Essential Skills
- Deep expertise in channel strategy and service management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Proven line management experience.
Desirable
- Experience developing channel strategies within shared services.
- Understanding of MOD operations and shared service delivery.
