Role Summary
Support the development of a future-ready Shared Services Operating Model (SSOM) for Defence Business Services (DBS), focusing on improving customer interaction across service channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing a multi-channel customer strategy.
- Contribute to the design of the Service Management Framework/Orchestration Layer MVP.
- Support mapping of current and future customer journeys.
- Produce and manage high-quality documentation.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure project success.
Essential Skills
- Experience in channel strategy and service management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Proficiency in presentation tools.
Desirable
- Experience with shared services in government or MOD environments.
