3 months - Inside IR35 – Bristol (2/3 days p/week)

Role Summary
Support the development of a future-ready Shared Services Operating Model (SSOM) for Defence Business Services (DBS), focusing on improving customer interaction across service channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and implementing a multi-channel customer strategy.
  • Contribute to the design of the Service Management Framework/Orchestration Layer MVP.
  • Support mapping of current and future customer journeys.
  • Produce and manage high-quality documentation.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure project success.

Essential Skills
  • Experience in channel strategy and service management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools.

Desirable
  • Experience with shared services in government or MOD environments.
