Copello are recuiting for a skilled and experienced Communication & Marketing Support professional to join our client in Bristol.
As a key member of their internal communications team, you will work closely with the Lead to develop and implement effective channel strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making. If you have a passion for communication, stakeholder management, and channel strategy, we want to hear from you.
Required Skills
- Experience in channel management strategy
- Knowledge of Service Management Framework/Orchestration Layer
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to enable the interpretation of data and make informed decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to create positive relationships and become a client advocate
- Proficient in the use of presentation software
Nice to Have Skills
- Knowledge and experience of creating a Channel Strategy as part of a future Shared Services Operating Model
- Good working knowledge of how MOD and shared services work
- Oracle ERP (beneficial, not essential)
Applicants will need to be eligible for security clearance due to the nature of the client, while the role is offered on a hybrid basis of 2-3 days on site.
