Communication & Marketing Manager (Lead)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communication & Marketing Manager / Lead  professional to join our client in Bristol. As a lead member of our clients internal communications team, you will develop and implement effective channel strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making. If you have a passion for communication, stakeholder management, and channel strategy, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills

• Experience in channel management strategy
• Knowledge of Service Management Framework/Orchestration Layer
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to enable the interpretation of data and make informed decisions
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to create positive relationships and become a client advocate
• Proficient in the use of presentation software

Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge and experience of creating a Channel Strategy as part of a future Shared Services Operating Model
• Good working knowledge of how MOD and shared services work
• Oracle ERP (beneficial, not essential)

Preferred Education and Experience

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in communication, marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience in channel management, stakeholder management, or a similar role is essential.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Applicants will be expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week, and will need to be eligible for Security Clearance.
