Copello are recuiting for a Organisational Design & Development expert to join our client driving strategic change and improvement across their organisation. As a key member of their leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the organisation, leveraging your expertise in organisational design, stakeholder management, and problem-solving to drive business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

You are a seasoned Organisational Design & Development Specialist with a proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives. You possess a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive business outcomes. Your expertise in HR, people management, policy, and business change is highly valued, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Applicants will require to obtain Security Clearance due to the nature of the client, while the role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week onsite.
