Capture Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Capture Manager with a background in developing business opportunities within UK Defence & Intelligence to join a global brand specialising in next-generation technology and engineering solutions.

The Role

The Capture Manager will play a leading role in identifying, developing and executing capture strategies and developing relationships with a range of key stakeholders within the Cyber & Intelligence community.
You will develop cost-effective capture plans focused on improving Pwin, taking them through gate review processes and working closely with Business Development leaders to execute plans and secure new business.

Skills

This role would suit someone with a blend of Capture Management and Business Development experience in product, system or solution services within Defence or Cyber Security.

The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross functional teams and external stakeholders. The ability to identify, qualify and contribute to securing to new business will be essential alongside a process driven approach commensurate with highly regulated environments.

SC Clearance is required for this role.

Hybrid Working

Three days on site in Cheltenham and two days from home.
