Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the management of existing client accounts, as well as the generation of new business, concerning the refurbishment and manufacturing of mechanical, electrical, avionic and structural components and parts for aircraft repair under Part 145 and Part 21G.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the management of existing client accounts, as well as the generation of new business, concerning the refurbishment and manufacturing of mechanical, electrical, avionic and structural components and parts for aircraft repair under Part 145 and Part 21G.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Conversion
- Win new business opportunities targeting Workshop Services.
- Lead technical and commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company interests.
- Interpret and analyse aviation documentation such as Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs), and Design/Modification documents and drawings to determine service requirements and feasibility.
- Prepare cost estimates that reflect accurate labour, material, logistical and overhead calculations for bid submittal.
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences to build relationships, gather market intelligence and promote services.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, including lead status, customer interactions and contract details.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine promotional materials, case studies and technical brochures.
- Utilise social media platforms to promote services, share industry insights, and engage with potential clients.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts to the Head of Finance, supported by data from the CRM and sales pipeline.
- Participate in regular sales reviews and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
Candidate Background:
- 5 years plus in a technical sales role – it is essential this is within the commercial or military aircraft sector.
- Understand and have experience with aircraft components / parts refurbishment and manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical skills, including cost estimation and proposal preparation.
- Have experience cultivate and maintains long-term, value-added business relationships.
