New Contract requirement for an Overhaul & Maintenance Methods Engineer to join our client in Bristol. As a key member of the engineering team, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving non-compliance issues, ensuring accurate documentation, and applying engineering standards to drive efficiency and quality. If you have a proven track record in non-conformance management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of CAD and drawing interpretation, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in non-conformance management within an engineering environment
- Strong drawing interpretation and CAD experience (e.g., NX or similar)
- Familiarity with concessions, permits, and technical vetting processes
- Ability to understand and document design changes and their impact on methods
- Experience working with technical publications and method definitions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Nice to Have Skills
- Background in aerospace preferred, however, candidates from oil & gas or automotive sectors will be considered
- Experience supporting DAR approvals
- Familiarity with method engineering and engine assembly/disassembly processes
- Understanding of standards and compliance in regulated industries
Preferred Education and Experience
- Relevant degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., aerospace, oil & gas, automotive)
Other Requirements
- BPSS Security clearance will be required for all starters
- Availability to work 37 hours per week, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with 3 days on-site in Bristol and 2 days working from home
- The role is offered on an inside IR35 basis paying £50-55p/h via an approved Umbrella provider.
