Project Manager
Copello are working with a rapidly growing business who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a small but highly capable team delivering key work packages at Hinkley Point C. You’ll lead a small project team, interfacing closely with a larger welding and assembly workforce on-site.
This role requires someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and solutions-focused. You’ll need to be confident driving progress, solving problems, and working collaboratively to ensure safety, quality, and deadlines are consistently met.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven project management experience within regulated industries
• Ideally a background in civil construction, welding, or fabrication
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk management capability
• A clear, professional communicator who can build trust across all levels
Person specification
• Degree in Project Management or related discipline.
• APM PMQ or working towards PPQ.
• NEBOSH or IOSH
• Knowledge of ISO Standards ISO 9001, 14001.
