Copello have partnered with a global defence company. They are looking for an RF Design Engineer with hands-on expertise to drive the research, design, and testing of high-performance RF tech across challenging environments.
What you’ll do:
- Design and prototype RF circuits (30 MHz–30 GHz) including LNAs, HPAs, filters, and modulators
- Lead RF testing and troubleshooting using VNAs, spectrum analysers, and more
- Work on-site 3–4 days/week in our state-of-the-art labs
- Collaborate across disciplines to integrate RF designs into complex defence systems
- Proven RF component-level design experience
- Strong hands-on lab skills (soldering, fault-finding, testing)
- Familiarity with tools like Microwave Office & design-for-manufacture best practices
- British citizenship (or dual UK nationality) required for security clearance
- Bonus of up to £2,500
