ERP Microsoft Navision Specialist

Our client has approached us with a requirement for an experienced ERP Microsoft Navision Specialist to support their ongoing business operations and system optimization.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Start Date: No later than September 2025
• Working Pattern: 2 to 3 days per week
• Location: Hybrid role with occasional on-site presence required near Heathrow
• Engagement Type: Contract

Role Overview:
The specialist will be responsible for providing expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), including system configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and process improvement. The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the ERP system is aligned with business needs and is functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support and consultancy for Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Assist with system upgrades, customizations, and integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues
• Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Train and support users on NAV functionality and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in hybrid working environments
