Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of an Integrated Support Specialist Engineer to join their business based either in Romsey or Woking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supportability analysis for new and existing systems
- Develop and implement tailored product support strategies
- Contribute to bids and proposals with support-related inputs
- Identify and manage lifecycle support risks
- Collaborate with engineering on reliability and maintainability assessments
- Provide clear ILS insights to leadership and project teams
Desired Experience:
- Background in engineering (Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting complex, low-volume systems in regulated sectors
- Strong understanding of support frameworks and lifecycle planning
- Bid experience, including costing and proposal writing
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
