Marketing Manager

Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of a Marketing Manager, to join their business based in Marlw.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll own the marketing plan across global markets, working closely with Sales, Engineering, and external agencies. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone confident in campaign execution, event management, PR, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver global marketing strategies and campaigns

• Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and internal communications

• Oversee content, literature, and video production

• Handle website enquiries, budget submissions, and PR activities

• Collaborate with digital, creative, and web agencies

• Analyse customer journeys and optimise lead generation

About You:

• Strong B2B marketing background, ideally in aerospace/defence or a technical sector

• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills

• Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics desirable)

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing (preferred)

• Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

• Proactive, collaborative, and capable of leading with influence
