Copello have partnered with an established defence engineering business in the recruitment of a Sales Manager to lead and grow business opportunities within the defence sector. This role can be based out of several locations including; Hampshire and Gloucestershire.

This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can manage the full sales lifecycle; from market analysis and customer engagement through to bid direction and successful deal closure.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholders and lead opportunities from identification to closure.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Direct bids, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong customer and partner relationships.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Skills & Experience:
  • Track record of achieving significant annual sales.
  • Strong background in business development and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
