The Role
We are looking for an experienced RF Test Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This is a hands-on test development role, working closely with design, manufacturing and production teams to deliver robust RF test solutions from early development through to volume manufacture.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement and support automated RF test solutions using RF test equipment and LabVIEW / TestStand

Maintain and enhance test capability, troubleshooting and resolving RF and system-level issues

Deliver validated, well-documented test solutions aligned to technical, cost and schedule requirements

Manage your own workload effectively, communicating progress, risks and issues to stakeholders

Analyse test data and produce clear internal and customer-facing reports and presentations

Contribute across the full test solution lifecycle, including requirements review, system design, instrumentation selection, development, verification, deployment, training and ongoing support
What We’re Looking For

Degree-qualified in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years’ RF experience

Strong hands-on skills using RF and electronic test equipment at microwave frequencies and above

Proven experience developing test systems using LabVIEW and TestStand

Confident problem-solver with strong analytical and diagnostic capability

Clear communicator, comfortable working across engineering and production teams

Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Desirable Experience

Background in volume electronics manufacturing

Experience with serial communication protocols such as I2C and SPI
