We’re looking for an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across complex, high-impact defence programmes.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
• Leading engineering teams of 10+ engineers
• Driving Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle
• Managing engineering scope, risk, resources and delivery
• Working closely with customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders
• Supporting and developing the next generation of engineering talent
• Driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement
🎯 We’re looking for:
✔ Strong Systems Engineering experience
✔ Proven engineering leadership experience
✔ Background in complex, regulated or safety-critical systems
✔ Defence industry experience
✔ Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
✔ A passion for developing people and delivering technical excellence
📍 Berkshire | Permanent
