Copello are supporting a leading defence technology organisation within the Cyber domain in the search for an experienced Systems Engineering Manager professional. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering advanced, secure capability solutions within highly regulated and mission-critical environments.
What you’ll do

Lead engineering delivery across complex programmes and projects.

Oversee system architecture, integration and lifecycle compliance.

Manage engineering budgets, schedules, risks and resource planning.

Support bid activities and drive improvements to cost, schedule and margin.

Act as a senior technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

Ensure engineering artefacts meet required standards and governance frameworks.
What you’ll bring
-
Strong background in Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle.

Experience delivering hardware and/or software-based capability solutions.

Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Solid understanding of engineering governance, risk management and cost control.

Experience within defence, aerospace or secure technology environments highly desirable.
