We are looking for a detail-focused Quality professional to support the verification and audit of equipment configuration and project documentation across the full project lifecycle. The role involves ensuring compliance with customer and contract requirements, supporting acceptance activities (including First Article and Factory Acceptance Testing), and contributing to continuous improvement through audits, investigations, and lessons learned activities.
Key Responsibilities

Verify hardware configuration and documentation to ensure compliance with contract and technical requirements.

Conduct physical and documentation-based configuration audits.

Prepare and maintain project quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Support and lead acceptance activities including First Article Inspection (FAI) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Perform internal and supplier quality audits and manage corrective actions.

Lead or contribute to root cause investigations, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain internal audit schedules and ensure completion of corrective actions.
Skills & Experience
-
Experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, ideally within defence or electro-mechanical hardware environments.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schedules, and technical specifications.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Internal Auditor certification and knowledge of 8D problem solving preferred.
Qualifications (Desirable)

Quality-related qualifications such as C&G 743, IQA A3, Lead Assessor, or IQA Diploma.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing.
