The Opportunity
As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in the development of advanced RF-based systems, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across modelling, design, and testing activities.
You will:
- Lead a multi-domain team delivering electromagnetic modelling, system design, and test activities
- Collaborate closely with design authorities to inform system architecture and trade studies
- Drive technical decision-making across complex engineering challenges
- Take ownership of project delivery, including planning, budgets, and resource coordination
This position combines hands-on technical leadership with programme responsibility, offering the chance to contribute to highly advanced and impactful technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering engineering development programmes
- Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- High-power RF systems
- Electrical/electronic architecture
- Electromagnetic modelling
- RF testing
- EMC design principles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Degree-qualified in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience in project planning, task management, and delivery oversight
- Willingness to undergo advanced security clearance
