Copello have partnered with an established engineering organisation in the recruitment of a Logistics Manager to lead shipping, warehouse, and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shipping, stores, and warehouse activities
- Oversee import/export compliance and logistics KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Optimise inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure safe handling of materials
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ logistics experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of import/export, incoterms, and inventory control
- Experience leading teams and improving processes
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field preferred
Desirable
- Engineering, aerospace, or technical manufacturing background
- Familiarity with HMRC/export regulations and ERP systems
