Based in Falmer, West Sussex—working two days per week on-site and remotely—you’ll be at the forefront of supporting crucial water infrastructure through innovative IT solutions. This FTC role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact the delivery of essential services.
What You'll Need:
• Extensive knowledge of Operational Technology and the software development life-cycle
• Experience with IT Service Management tools, Knowledge Bases, and Configuration Management
• Strong troubleshooting skills in incident and problem resolution
• Ability to perform database configuration and support project implementations
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Capable of supporting transition, BAU, and new project activities
Nice to Have Skills:
• Programming experience
• Hardware installation and maintenance
• Telecommunications and IT networks knowledge
• ITIL Foundation v.4 or higher qualification
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Degree in Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, or related fields
• Relevant working experience in IT, database administration, or operational technology
• Prior experience with IT Service Management practices and tools
