Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Expertise in workshop facilitation with diverse stakeholders
- Strong requirements definition and management capabilities
- Proficiency in Visio, Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA)
- Knowledge of waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
- Experience in process modeling and business transformation
- Ability to analyze and improve processes using various tools
- Skilled in crafting clear reports and delivering presentations
- Familiarity with business change models, LEAN, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Data Visualisation (Portfolio, Workforce, Financial, Risk, Planning)
- Knowledge of business impact assessments during migration scenarios
- Certifications in LEAN, Six Sigma or related frameworks
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Relevant degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Several years of experience in business analysis or transformation projects
- Experience working in fast-paced, technology-led environments
Other Requirements:
- EDV clearance is essential
- Ability to work 3-4 days on-site in Cheltenham or Manchester
- Flexibility to manage multiple priorities and deliver within strict timelines
