Copello are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a growing Project Procurement team supporting major infrastructure and engineering programmes across the UK & Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting bid activity, supplier sourcing, subcontract management and procurement transformation within a leading engineering organisation.

Key Responsibilities include
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and subcontracting activities.
- Lead supplier selection, onboarding and competitive tender processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
- Draft and negotiate supplier agreements, working closely with commercial teams.
- Support major bids and mobilisation of new contract awards.
- Develop supplier scopes and ensure compliance with IR35, sustainability and social value requirements.
- Provide procurement guidance and best practice to project teams and stakeholders.
- Proven Procurement & Supply Chain experience within engineering, infrastructure or major projects.
- Strong experience managing sourcing exercises and supplier negotiations.
- Hands-on experience drafting and managing NEC4 subcontracts (Professional Services and/or Works) is essential.
- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Engineering sector experience would be advantageous.
