About the Role
The Supply Chain Project Manager will lead the delivery of a strategic supply chain and manufacturing transition programme, ensuring objectives for quality, cost and schedule are achieved.
Working across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Commercial and Finance, the role will coordinate plans, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications to ensure successful programme delivery. Partnering with internal teams and external suppliers, the role will drive manufacturing readiness, supply chain preparedness and operational deployment, applying strong project management expertise and a practical understanding of electronics manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the programme plan, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed milestones, budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Commercial teams.
- Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and actions, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between DTC and external partners involved in programme delivery.
- Coordinate activities required to achieve manufacturing, supply chain and operational readiness.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide clear, concise status reporting to programme sponsors and senior management.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between all stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement of transition and onboarding processes.

- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects within a manufacturing, supply chain or operations environment.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and external partners.
- Ability to develop and maintain project plans, manage risks and track programme progress.

- Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP) or equivalent experience.
