You’ll play a key part in keeping our business-critical systems running across multiple sites, so flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset are essential.
This position will involve occasional travel between our UK sites and participation in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support for key systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st–3rd line support for users across UK sites.
- Manage and maintain Windows desktop and server environments.
- Support and administer webservers, Azure services, Intune, and develop Power Automate workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Assist with system migrations, upgrades, and deployment projects.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes.
- Participate in the on-call rota to support business-critical IT services.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider IT and operations teams.
- Proven experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Intune, and modern cloud services.
- Experience with webserver management (IIS or similar).
- Familiarity with Power Automate (or other workflow automation tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to support staff at all levels.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Storm Aviation’s UK sites.
- A flexible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
