Client Overview:
The client undertakes MRO on a range of aircraft components.
Role Overview:
To undertake TIG welding on a range of components.
Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding operations to a range of steel and stainless-steel components.
- Perform assigned tasks in a professional manner with emphasis on safety
- Make entries on technical records documenting work performed, including recording references to the technical data used.
- Performing of any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company
Qualifications:
- Have TIG Welding experience
- Must hold or have held a recognised welding qualification. BCAR A8-10 would be desirable, AWS D17.1 or BS EN9606 would be advantageous. Possess the ability to obtain approval to BCAR A8-10 in the required material groups and configurations
