What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with senior stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise documentation, requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and delivery teams to shape innovative, secure and scalable solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models and transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Contribute to business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support bids and proposals, providing insight and clarity to complex client challenges.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for individuals who combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine interest in national security.
Ideally, you’ll have experience or knowledge in some of the following areas:
- Experience as a Business Analyst within secure or complex environments, such as Defence, Intelligence or Law Enforcement.
- A strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies, including BABOK, Agile, Waterfall or SAFe.
- Experience in business process modelling, using techniques such as BPMN or UML, alongside requirements management tools.
- The ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset, with a commitment to quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
