Systems Engineer – Modelling & Simulation- Stevenage- (Hybrid)- Up to £58000 DOE
Copello are partnering with a large defence organisation to find their next Systems Engineer to join a growing engineering team developing advanced modelling and simulation solutions for complex systems.
Working across a range of projects, you'll contribute to modelling, algorithm development, systems studies, and simulation activities, supporting innovative technologies from concept through to delivery. You'll also have opportunities to support laboratory testing and field trials while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience
- Strong MATLAB modelling and coding skills
- Experience with algorithm development
- Data analysis and technical report writing
- Proactive approach to solving complex engineering problems
Desirable:
- Simulink and Embedded Coder
- C or HDL development
- RF systems or digital signal processing
- Continuous Integration & Testing
- Machine Learning and AI
