My advice to anyone looking for a new job or that has an interview coming up soon is, REMEMBER – you are interviewing them, just as much as they are interviewing you!
Make sure you are going in to any interview (or even an informal chat) with some questions prepared. As well as some “tick box” points in your mind, including information you want to take away from the conversation with and the most important things for you to know about/ understand.
Not only does it look great and show that you are prepared, but it gives you the opportunity to understand if they are truly a business that is right for you, if their values are aligned to your values, and also to make sure you leave the room feeling as though you have had a contribution.
