Head of Delivery – Central Government & Law Enforcement
An exciting opportunity for an experienced delivery leader to take ownership of a portfolio of complex projects and services within the UK Central Government and Law Enforcement sector.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring delivery commitments are met, maintaining strong financial and operational performance, and providing confidence across customers and senior stakeholders.
The Role

Lead delivery performance across a portfolio of projects and services, proactively managing risks, issues and escalations.

Own financial forecasting, revenue performance and delivery against commercial targets.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, margins and resource utilisation.

Support account growth through customer relationships, strategic opportunities and bid activity.

Work closely with senior leadership to inform business planning, manage risks and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and influence teams to deliver successful customer outcomes within a complex, regulated environment.
About You
-
Proven experience in project, programme or portfolio management within UK Central Government or Law Enforcement.

Strong understanding of business operations, financial forecasting and commercial delivery.

Experience leading teams, supporting bids and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

A proactive approach to risk management, continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for growth.
